Farm Fresh Dinner: Pork Chops with Garden Party Chèvre, Green Beans & Candy Roaster Squash
One question I get asked all the time is, "What do you eat chèvre with?"
The short answer? Just about everything.
This meal started with the idea of topping our fresh green beans with our Garden Party chèvre, but after one bite we ended up adding it to the pork chops and candy roaster squash too. It was one of those simple meals that came together using what we had right here on the farm and in the garden, and it turned out so good that I knew I had to share it.
There's something special about sitting down to a meal where you know exactly where almost every ingredient came from.
