At Little Acres Farm, we mill our flour fresh—right when it’s needed. We start with whole wheat berries and grind them in-house so the flour goes straight into our baked goods while it’s at its peak.
Fresh-milled flour keeps the natural oils, flavor, and nutrition intact—things that are lost once flour sits on a shelf for weeks or months. The result is richer taste, better texture, and a flour that actually behaves the way real wheat should.
We believe fresh-milled flour is the raw milk of the wheat world.
